Andrea Weir, as the Director of Operations for Ukana Logistics dba OneTranz Logistics, has an operations and management background spanning 20 years in the fields of logistics and technology. Andrea served as Vice President of Operations at Freight Savers aka Falcon Express, a DHL authorized reseller. Andrea’s international shipping expertise began at Nextlinx Corporation (now Amber Road), a provider of global trade content and import, export and NAFTA management solutions. She supervised operations of channel and direct sales management, along with client relations. Andrea attended the University of Maryland at College Park on dual academic scholarships and graduated with honors. Andrea is a member of American Mensa Ltd.
David Weir serves as Director of Business Development at Ukana dba OneTranz. David has over 20 years of sales management experience. In 2002 he acquired a territory reselling DHL parcel services. His territory was recognized as one of the most successful territories in the US allowing him to expand into additional markets. In 2009, DHL shifted gears and pulled domestic services, so Ukana repositioned their focus on additional products and services. David negotiated key contracts for air, ocean and over-the-road services providing Ukana and its clients with a solid suite of parcel and freight services. Prior to getting involved in shipping David spent 10 years in financial services working as a Financial Advisor. David attended Stockton State College.
Danielle Adams is OneTranz’s Director of Key Accounts. She comes to OneTranz from Jensen Leisure Furniture, the 2011 and 2013 winner of the ICFA Manufacturer Leadership Award in the Wood Casual category, for the design and quality of their products, along with their merchandising, customer service, ethics, communications and trade relations. Danielle oversaw the day to day operations of Jensen’s shipping services including domestic LTL/FTL, small parcel and international shipping. For 5 years, she acted as the liaison between factories, shipping lines, customs brokers and freight carriers. Danielle has 15 years of experience in time critical environments with a focus on customer needs, priorities and cost management.
Michael Delauter serves as Director of Field Sales at OneTranz Logistics. Michael has over 30 years of experience in the field of Operations, Sales Management, Commercial and B to B Sales. He served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales/Operations Director for Duron Paints & Wallcoverings, executing marketing strategies, supervising operations and managing over $200M in business. Recently, Michael held Sales and Operations positions for Sherwin-Williams, a Fortune 250 Company, cultivating relationships with customers and prospecting for new business to grow market share. Michael oversaw the creation of new territories, account negotiations and increased growth. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for Michael; his interpersonal skills coupled with his professionalism and communication, creates an outcome for a positive customer experience.
Mitchell Levin is the Director and Corporate Lead of OneTranz’s Global Auto Transport Division. With over 20 years of experience in Auto Transportation under his belt, Mitch has moved thousands of cars both domestically and internationally. Mitch started in the business as a car carrier and built up his company to a fleet of 12 (8) and (9) car carriers servicing thousands of snowbirds all throughout the Northeast and Florida. After selling his trucks, Mitch became a broker moving vehicles all throughout the US and Canada. Currently Mitch operates out of South Florida managing car and container moves throughout the US.
Danielle Kulas serves as the Carrier Relations Lead for OneTranz. Dispatching LTL shipments, quoting with carriers, and acting as issue resolution coordinator are just a few of the key roles Danielle takes on each day. Danielle also is an account manager providing our clients with her professionalism and attention to detail. Danielle’s experience in logistics began in 2008 as an account manager for an authorized DHL reseller. After working closely with top DHL agents around the country, Danielle has since expanded her shipping knowledge from small parcel to now include domestic and international freight. Prior to entering the world of logistics, Danielle was Customer Service Manager at Bank of the West.
Kyron Johnson serves as Director of West Coast Operations & Legal Advisor. Kyron is responsible for the operational and strategic management by developing and executing business strategies to expand OneTranz market. He has over 17 years of experience in sales, management, and operations in the fields of pharmaceutical, financial, and legal services. Kyron is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the US Central District Court. Kyron holds a B.A. from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific at McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA. Kyron is also a Registered Investment Advisor.
Sergio Steagall of Aequus is our customs compliance and independent customs brokerage partner. Sergio was granted his license in 2010 and is authorized and licensed by the United States Customs and Border Protection under the umbrella of The Department of Homeland Security to represent any business entity in the matters of importing goods and services for commercial use.
Sergio is an expert in the entry procedures, admissibility requirements, classification, valuation, and the rates of duty and applicable taxes and fees for imported merchandise.
